Unexpected poolside surprises

The hotel’s location was ideal, being close to my work. The staff was friendly, adding a warm touch to our stay. I appreciated the modern design of the room.

Unfortunately, a guest recorded us at the pool, which made the experience uncomfortable. Also, I faced a hassle with an unexplained $20 hold for check-in that remains unresolved.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Milwaukee County Zoo, which was fantastic for our family. We enjoyed the modern and spacious room, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring. My teenage daughter appreciated the comfortable couch while we worked on planning our visit.

For dads, it would be great if bedding for pullout couches was readily available.

I loved the modern and spacious feel of the King Studio with Sofa Bed, which came equipped with a full kitchenette that made snack preparation easy. The walk-in shower was a nice touch, and having a large smart TV to stream Netflix was a bonus for unwinding after a long day. However, the breakfast could use more variety as it felt a bit limited during peak times.
